The terrace is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.

Garden with Jacuzzi pool
The garden is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. It features an above-ground Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. You will be able to reach it along an external stairway, going down 20 steps. It is equipped with sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Dining Room
The dining room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. The eight dining tables can accommodate 16 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the terrace through three French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). Terrace
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with lucid blue tiles. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
